She is a Certified Equity Professional and a Global Mobility Specialist. Amanda has worked on both the issuer and vendor sides of equity administration for public and private companies, with roles at Twitter, Nasdaq Private Market, Armstrong World Industries, and The Hershey Company. Amanda is deeply experienced with several equity administration platforms in addition to Carta. She has a Master of Public Administration and a BS in Finance from Penn State University.
